Marta and Mauro, who run the Hotel Edy, are members of the Piccoli Alberghi di Qualità (Small Quality Hotels) consortium and have taken part in the training course that led to the group being awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification.

In summer 2002, their passion for hospitality and the great importance given to a cuisine that combines tradition with the modern demands for light meals, were highlighted in a long article dedicated to the hotel by the prestigious monthly magazine Gambero Rosso.

 Hotel Edy has always been environmentally friendly with its projects for energy saving and for carrying on traditions. Hotel Edy also takes part in the “Wellbeing Holidays” project.
