Marta and Mauro, who run the Hotel
Edy, are part of the Piccoli Alberghi di Qualità
(Small Quality Hotels) consortium and have taken part in the training course
that led to the group being awarded ISO 9001.2000
certification.
In summer
2002, their passion for hospitality and great attention to a cuisine that
combines tradition with the modern demands for light meals, were highlighted in
a long article dedicated to the hotel by the prestigious monthly magazine
Gambero Rosso.
The hotel Edy is environmentally friendly because of its
commitment regard surrounding respect, energy saving, and in particular for the
attention in bringing out and protection of local gastronomy traditions and
nourishment with biological food.
